Step 1: Color Selection & HOA Approval
Before we can schedule your project, you will need to finalize your paint colors and complete any required HOA approvals.

- If you requested a complimentary color consultation, our Color Consultant will be contacting you to schedule. If you would like to request one, please call our office at (239) 878-3710.

Tip: Ceilings are most commonly painted with lighter neutral tones for a clean, open appearance.
HOA Approval
If your project requires HOA approval, please contact your HOA directly to gather their requirements. Some associations may require specific language in the Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- Once you have the requirements, email them to Office@paintwithapex.com.
- Our staff will process your request and provide the necessary documentation within 72 hours.
Step 2: Scheduling Your Project
Next comes scheduling. Our production scheduling is done twice a week. Once your colors are confirmed and HOA approval is completed (if applicable), our Production Manager, Tom, will call you to review your availability and schedule your project within 4 days or less after you’ve paid your deposit.
Step 3: Preparing Your Home
To ensure a smooth start, please prepare your home using our checklists:
This includes moving furniture, clearing spaces, and relocating pets. If you need assistance moving large items, let us know ahead of time. Additional labor charges may apply.
Step 4: During the Project
Our team will:
- Protect your home and belongings
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Provide daily progress updates from the Production Manager!
Step 5: Final Walkthrough
At the end of your project, Tom will complete a walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any touch-ups will be handled immediately, and final payment will be collected at this time.
Step 6: After Completion
When your project is finished, you will receive:
- Warranty information
- Paint care tips to help maintain your new look
- Details about our Referral Program, where both you and your referral benefit
