What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will want to know your vision once you call in or get connected with us. If you have questions we can give you answers or pricing on certain services on the phone. Most of the time we will set up an appointment with you and our estimators will come to your location for and onsite consultation. We will collect measurements and give your project a thorough inspection. Once we understand your needs we can build a plan to fit your project. Typically we will give you an estimate on site or within 24hrs.
What should I expect once we decide to work with you?
Before we schedule a date we will help you with sourcing products or materials from one of our many local and national suppliers. If you need, we can set you up with one of our professional color consultants free of charge. Every project has an assigned crew leader and production manager you can contact at any time if you have during the progression project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are ACHP certified, we do periodic training and have a large network of specialty trade partners to connect you with if you have a project not within our scope.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several thousand residential customers since we have started and several commercial including Marriott hotels, Bank of America, Chicos, Aunt Annies, Home decor, and even on historical buildings such as Ft. Myers Dean Building downtown in Ft. Myers and the Collier county Historical Museum. No matter who you are or the size of your project we will treat you with the respect you deserve.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Watch out for the one man crew if you don’t know them personally, all to often we are hired to fix their mistakes. Make sure at the minimum the pro you choose carries insurance you can view our policy at anytime by asking the office staff.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What’s your vision and what would the ideal service look like to you? Write it down and when our tech comes let them know! We want to make you happy! Clear communication for what you are looking for always helps us get it right!
What are your business hours?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm our crews work Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. Our holiday hours are always updated and listed on our Google page.
Where are your offices located what areas do you serve?
We have 2 offices in both Naples and Estero we serve a large area in SWFL if your not sure if we cover your area for service please contact us and our team can help you out or connect you with someone in our network
